Customer Engagement Manager

We are looking for a Customer Engagement Manager who will develop & maintain high-impact customer relationships and perform ongoing, highest quality customer care in accordance with Cyberlogic’s business strategy.

Responsibilities and duties:

Execute overall management responsibility around client relationship & implementation

Identify customer needs and challenges and translate them into business opportunities & new products

Handle customer queries, support in the application configuration, manage smooth implementation and excellent delivery experience to meet and exceed customer’s needs

Consult customers’ ideas, needs and expectations – become an expert in our solutions

Represent the customer voice in the solution design

Develop and manage relations with key client stakeholders & decision makers

Establish communication and governance channels with the customer to address opportunities & issues in a timely and proactive manner

Direct estimation workshops to know level of effort for proposed engagements, identifying resources required for project completion

Monitor multiple concurrent IT projects from start till end

Assign tasks to team members

Make regular reports to senior management about how customer engagements & relationships are performing

What we expect:

Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years’ experience on a similar position

Strong eagerness to learn our domains, products and solutions

Excellent use of English language (verbal & written). Ability to communicate with peers & stake-holders with a business proficiency

Knowledge of Tourism & Travel domain would be a great asset

Knowledge of Travel Software Solutions similar to Cyberlogic’s would be a great asset

Highly professional, consultative and customer focused

Strong negotiation and relationship management skills

Ability to train and mentor members of their team

User Support Specialist

We are looking for a User Specialist, who will support clients and our products by monitoring and sustaining continuous availability of provided services

Responsibilities and duties:
Train customers to ensure their familiarity with system functionalities
Resolve day to day enquiries acquired from clients via telephone and email/ticketing tool
Report any anomalies influencing flawless functionality of service provided and ensuring the root cause of such behavior
Writing incidents post-mortems
Perform delegated and periodic assignments to elevate the quality of work and optimize processes
Proactively communicate with the clients via client notification tools
Constantly learn and adjust to dynamic changes dependent on technology development and knowledge sharing within and outside of the team

Senior Front End Developer

We are looking for a senior Front End Developer. You will build and develop modern web apps with cutting edge technologies for travel industry customers all over the world

Degree in information science, computer science and professional experience as a Front-End Developer (3+ years), Excellent English

Hands-on experience in:

Node.js + express, client-side scripting JavaScript libraries, frameworks and patterns (Angular 2+, React, Ember, Vue.js), ECMAScript 2015, TypeScript 2+

Markup languages, including HTML5 APIs, CSS3

Asynchronous request handling, partial page updates and AJAX, W3C standards and browser-compatibility issues

Applications deployment (google cloud platform, Amazon, Azure)

Image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize or make small image adjustments

Testing methodologies dedicated to the front-end world (JS Unit tests, E2E tests)

Cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them

Code versioning tools such as Git Code review process

.NET Software Developer

As a member of a very competent software development team, the ideal candidate will be working closely with the customer to understand, innovate and develop solutions according to the key requirements provided.

More specifically, will be involved in:
– Development and Maintenance of .NET (VB/C#) Frameworks

– Participate in critical deployments of the above systems

– Provide assistance and consultation to the company’s clients

Required Skills:
– University/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relative discipline

– 1-3 years experience in .NET development technologies and tools, as following:
.NET (VB/C#) for Winfoms or ASP.NET
SQL Server T-SQL
