e-Tourism Suite incorporates a series of modules / components that satisfy the requirements of tourism – travel enterprises.  These are described in brief below:

1. Hotels Database application module & Web Interface

Web application and Database that contains the descriptive elements of the accommodation – Hotels, Villas, Apartments, etc.

2. Services Database application module

Database that contains the descriptive elements of tourism / travel services, such as Car Rentals, Excursions, Holiday Packages, Transfers, Special Services, etc.

3. Booking Engine application module

The application for processing – calculating prices and availability. The processing of reservations in B2C or B2B environments also takes place in this module.

4. Back Office Administration application module

Desktop application for management and control of e-Tourism Suite system operations i.e. system administration, user administration, production of reports and complementary functions. 

5. Web Bookings application module

Web application for receiving reservations from collaborators – partners (B2B customers) and producing reports.

6. Web Services application module

XML s & Web Services for automated Online distribution of: a. Prices, b. Descriptions, c. Availability, d. Reservations, e. Cancellations, f. Contracts.

7. Website – Web Interface application module

Web application / Website for direct Online marketing and distribution of travel products and services to the end consumers (B2C).

8. Electronic Payments application module

Tool for processing transactions – payments Online for i.e. Visa and MasterCard credit cards.

9. White Label Interface application module

Web application and interface for distributing products & services through collaborators’ – third party websites (White Label mode).
